				- 25ml 1oz Wray & Nephew
- 30ml 1oz double cream
- 30ml 1oz whole milk
- 10ml 0.5oz sugar syrup
- 3 drops vanilla essence
 
		Instructions
- 1Put all ingredients in a blender with some ice and blend in bursts to keep some ice chips.
- 2Pour in to a tall glass.
- 3Garnish with some grated nutmeg on top.
MAKE IT SPECIAL
Grab the coffee liqueur and and add 25ml for a bitter edge that works a dream with this creamy mix.
