  • 25ml 1oz Wray & Nephew
  • 125ml 4.5oz Old Jamaica Ginger Beer
  • Dash of Bitters
  • Squeeze of fresh lime

Instructions

    Fill a tall glass with cubed ice.
  • 2
    Add in Wray & Nephew to glass.
  • 3
    Pour in the ginger beer, dash of bitters and fresh lime.
  • 4
    Stir & garnish with a slice of fresh lime.

MAKE IT SPECIAL


Add some fresh mint in the glass to compliment the spicy warm flavours and a piece of candied ginger as a special garnish.
