Rum profile

Strength

63% ABV.

Nose

Pineapple, overripe banana and a hint of brown sugar. Fruity and flavoursome.

Taste

Dry & grassy at first, followed by sweet notes of vanilla, banana, coconut and molasses. A party on the palate.

Finish

Smooth with a long length. The flavours keep on dancin’.

For what you would expect of an overproof this is the smoothest and most subtle of its time. It transfers all of its fruit forward notes in the best way possible. Really helps to carry a cocktail of used correctly and bring out the rest of flavors.
