Wray’s Rum Punch

A zesty mix of Wray & Nephew, pineapple juice, cranberry juice and fresh lime. A life-and-soul Carribean classic!

INGREDIENTS

SERVES
  • 25ml 1oz Wray & Nephew
  • 100ml 3.5oz pineapple juice
  • 25ml 1oz cranberry juice
  • Squeeze of fresh lime

Instructions

  • 1
    Fill a tall glass or Wray cup with cubed ice.
  • 2
    Add in Wray & Nephew to glass.
  • 3
    Pour in pineapple juice and cranberry juice.
  • 4
    Stir & garnish with fresh lime slice and pineapple leaf.

MAKE IT SPECIAL


For added depth throw in 15ml of homemade chili-infused honey syrup and slide a chunk of pineapple on the rim for a garnish that gives a sweet burst between sips.
